We are looking for a tenant(s) to live in a flatshare with two other people. The room is a double room on the second floor available for £650 per month + some bills for 1 person.

This is a maisonette flat with 3 recently refurbished rooms. Currently. There is also a main shared kitchen for large meals downstairs.

The room is available from now for an 8-12 months contract. Tenants will be non-smokers, tidy and not too noisy.

Just 5 min walk from Whitechapel Station, and within 20 min walk of, Aldgate East and Liverpool Street Stations.

Rooms are furnished with beds, dressers. and WiFi, council tax, the service charge, water bill and fortnightly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. Other utilities ( Gas and Electricity ) are not included.
