The flat is a maisonette on first floor and North/South facing - so brilliantly sunny throughout the day and has a balcony. The room comes furnished, is spacious, and cosy. The block of flats is very friendly, and all of the front doors open onto a communal garden area- great for a bbq come warm weather. I am energetic and sociable, though inside the flat I enjoy quietness and solitude. That said, I love sharing cups of tea and the occasional dinner. Currently I work from home. The flat is very close to the Lee Valley, Leyton Jubilee Park - both great for walking/running in. Transport links are good to Leyton (central line), Blackhorse Road (Victoria line), Stratford. new sports ground open with pitches... and beach volleyball! The olympic pool is a 15min cycle away.
