Large sunny double room; situated between King's Cross and Euston stations. It would suit one person only.

Convenient location for central London about 10 mins walk from King's Cross Station and Euston and about 5 mins walk from The British Library and Francis Crick Medical Institute.

The flat has been refurbished constantly to a high standard. A spacious kitchen has a dining table, electric oven, washing dryer,  microwave oven, and fridge freezer. There is one bathroom and two toilets.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside chest drawer, a chest of 4 drawers, 2 tables, and chairs and it is a wooden laminated floor.

You will be sharing with 2 other male flatmates both are very friendly.

All the bills (internet, water, cleaning, and council tax Band D ) are included in the rent. Except for gas and electricity, you need to share them with the other two flatmates.

A cleaner comes in every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and corridor but you are responsible for your room.

Kings Cross station has access to Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan, Hammersmith &City, and Circle tube lines plus various busses going to most places in London.

Along with mainline trains to the North of England from Kings Cross and Euston station, the Eurostar terminal is near St Pancras.

The rent is £ 1,020 per calendar month,  you will be required to pay a one-month deposit + a one-month rental payment at least one day before you move in.

The contract is for three months only, The Landlord intends to move in by the end of the contract.
