Room in a Shared Flat, Knaresborough Drive, SW18

Located next to King George park and over looking the river Wandle, I have a good sized double room, complete with its own private bathroom available to rent.

The property is a new build flat, based in the Earlsfield/Southfields area of Wandsworth, and I bought it with my financé in 2015. Due to her travelling extensively we had decided to rent our second room.

The Flat: Is a fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom new build apartment, with a large wide screen TV, state of the art oven and cooking unit, dining table, large L-shaped sofa, balcony complete with plants and table/chairs, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The development has a Monday - Saturday concierge and i have a private parking spot.

The Room: Good sized double bedroom complete with with queen sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables.  

Location and amenities: The closest station/tube is Earlsfield train station (London Waterloo 15 mins), which is a 6-7mins walk from the flat. Southfields tube is roughly 15mins.

King George park is on the door step. The park boasts tennis courts, touch rugby in the summer and a Nuffield Gym.

Loads of great pub, bars, shops (sainburys/tesco) are all located very close to the flat

The Flat Mate: I am a 34yr old Male (my fiancé will be about intermittently - she travels a lot with work).

Occupation: An experienced sales and business development professional based in central London.

Hobbies and interests: Rugby, politics, pretty much all sport. I am very social

Summary: Ideally I am looking for someone who likes a few beers in the sun after work, activities/beers on the weekend and some TV chill out when needs must.
