I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to replace my outgoing one in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in an amazing building in a great location. The apartment is a 2 bed with shared kitchen/living room and comes furnished in the shared spaces. I've worked hard to make it feel cozy and homely and would love a new housemate who will continue to add to that.

The bedroom is a double with plenty of storage and overlooks the shared gardens, so it's quiet. There is a bed in there provided by the landlord but you could bring your own if you prefer.

The bathroom has a full size bathtub with a (good, high pressure) shower. And the living room/kitchen is a great size for either relaxing in or entertaining.

We also have access to the shared roof terrace, so if you are a cricket fan, or like rooftop BBQs/parties then this is a priceless place to live.

It's under 5 minutes to Oval station on the Northern Line and about 10 Vauxhall on the Victoria Line with great bus connections to Peckham and Camberwell too.

I work as a Business Director in an advertising agency in town but travel a lot for work. So, I'm looking for somebody respectful and chilled but also fun and up for hanging out. I'm a keen cyclist and music is the lifeblood of this home (if you bring a record collection you get brownie points).
