Good size en-suite double room is available in newly refurbished and cosy 2 bedroom flat. The flat is furnished, have all necessary appliances. I have bought the dishes (plates, glasses, etc), but you're welcome to bring your own. There is a good size storage space.

The flat is quiet, in a good neighbourhood, 10min walk from Victoria park. Perfect for someone who likes cycling or being outdoors.

I currently work from home, but. once pandemic is over, I will be travelling quite a bit so we won't be on top of each other too much.. After work I like cycling, meeting with friends or watching Netflix - all the usual stuff.

I'm looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle, is easy- going but tidy and respectful. It's not really a party house, but dinners with drinks are definitely welcomed. Sometimes I dog sit, so ideally you should like dogs :) It's also a gay friendly flat (I'm straight).

The bills are approx. £110 per month. per person.
