We are a friendly couple, a busy filmmaker and an architect student. We are looking for a female professional or a student, who is easy to get along with and is also tidy. Ideally in her late 20's or 30's.

The room will be available 19th of August 2020 but we're flexible. The tenant will be subject to full reference checks, one month's rent upfront and one month's deposit is required. The deposit will be lodged with the deposit protection scheme.
