It's a three bed split floor flat. The kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom are on the 1st floor, and two more bedrooms on the top floor. The living room is very spacious, with separate bathroom and toilet.

About the area
Herne Hill is a great location with easy access to Brixton and London Bridge. There's loads of great cafes, pubs and local supermarkets nearby. Directly above some great cafes.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Herne Hill or North Duwich station (8 mins to Victoria, or 15 mins to Blackfriars on the Thameslink; 15mins to London Bridge). It's also just a 20 mins walk to Brixton, but there are several buses that can take you in all directs – N37 stops outside.

Money:
Rent is £675/pcm and everyone puts in around ~£80 for the bills account every month. The rent is paid on 6th of each month. Move in date is flexible for the right person but ideally from mid-August/beginning of Sept.
