THE FLAT
This is a very large room 5m to 3.5m and the ceiling is 3.20m⭐, which is very rare in such a central location. Very large Victorian sash windows. There is no living room in the house but you have a lot of space in your room, there is a couch with a coffee table in front of it. There is a desk/shelving unit which I’ve used quite a lot during the lockdown as I worked from home. Lots of storage, extra space under the bed. I will leave the mattress which I bought 2 years ago, it is very comfy, you will know when you try it 🙃
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The washing machine has a drying feature, it is quite new. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and probably everything that you will need. The plates are very high quality, we like our meals fancy 😋

I will leave on the 9th of January, I will clean the room and it will be ready for you on the 10th of Jan.

LOCATION

The location is spectacular.
The nearest station is Russel Square Station(5mins) the next near is Chancery Lane Station(10mins), there are busses to North/East London( London Fields, Hackney(20mins bus)).

HOUSEMATES
You will be living with Sevda who will also be your sub-landlady. She worked in fashion industry for years.
She likes cooking healthy meals, has healthy habits. She is lovely to chat with. She will be taking care of all the bills and if there is anything to fix she has the number of her handyman David.
The second housemate will be Ezgi, she is a doctor, again amazing to chat with very fun and smart.

❗❗BTW we didn’t have any Covid cases in this flat but we have an NHS doctor and it is important to be very careful, so please bring your mask 😷 when you come for a viewing.
