I travel most of the time and you will occupy the flat on your own 95% of the time.

For a couple, I can upgrade and buy a bigger wardrobe.

The flat is in a brand new building and compromises a modern separate kitchen, a lounge with a balcony and a good storage space.

All bills come at a fixed cost of ca. £125 per month, bills are not included in quoted rent price.

- 1 min walk from Colindale tube station, Northern line, 25 min to Central London.
- Sainsbury Local and Co-op supermarkets are just downstairs, 5 min walk to a large Morrison and Asda, and Chinese Lung Feng supermarket and Bangbang Oriental food court.
- 1 minutes walk from 24/7 Pure Gym.
- 1 minute walk to Colindale park.
- 5 minutes tube to Brent cross shopping centre
