I’m a musician and artists (also work in the dreaded online retail sector but artist and musician sounds more glamorous) based in Deptford, I’m currently looking for a person to share my beautiful converted pub flat in Deptford.
It’s got lots of natural light, lots of space to move about and for storage.
Very large kitchen which is a bonus for anyone that likes to cook.
Ideally looking for someone with an artistic/musical slant, I have a piano in the house that would also be at your disposal in case you play.  
I also occasionally take care of my mothers beautiful bulldog for prolonged periods so you would have to be ok with very loving chunky dogs.
I have no preference with regards to gender and my pronouns are she/her/they/them.
However, if you are homophobic/racist/bigoted we probably wouldn’t be able to live together.
I’m open to students as Long as you have a guarantor.

The flat is 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, there are 3 storage cupboards and the room comes with cupboard dresser bedside table desk bed and mattress.
The kitchen has a mix of my own stuff and stuff the landlord left here.
The room pictured is the one currently available but it will have a slightly smaller bed and different furniture.
Close to New Cross, New Cross Gate & Surrey Quays Overground, Deptford Bridge DLR, Canada Water Underground and South Bermondsey & Deptford National Rail stations. Plenty of Bus routes going into central, south and east london.
