I am looking for flatmate for my lovely flat in very central London.
5mins walk to Pimlico Station, 10mins to Vauxhall and Victoria station.
Bus station is 2 mins and more options within 5mins.
Our flat is operated with Hotel by on-site professional management, all amenities such as CCTV, Security guard, Porter service, Shops, Restaurant and a discounted membership to the fitness club, 17m swimming pool and spa all set within.

We have 2 rooms,
1. Big size of single room (1st & 2nd Pictures)
: original price was 820 pcm but now only 670/pcm (all bills are included except tv license and cleaning fee)
  big size of single room with full furnished. bright room and very cozy.
2.Double room (3rd & 4th Pictures) :
: original rent was 1020pcm but now only 870/pcm (all bills are included except tv license and cleaning fee)
Big size of double bedroom with sofa and desk, fully furnished too.
my flat is super good condition and very quiet place, Best place for someone who want to be in central but looking for residential atmosphere.
I am looking for someone also can keep the condition as it is. Sorry, no reception room and eating in kitchen. but you will love the rooms for sure.
