One large double room available any time from now for a minimum of 6 months; ideally looking for someone to stay longer than this.  The two-bed apartment is very centrally located, in the heart of Clerkenwell, right beside Angel in Islington, and is less than a 10 minute walk to King's Cross. The room is much bigger than the average double room in London, and comes fully furnished. There is a nice balcony to the room, and the living room is also a very good size, and is fully furnished. 
There is a separate bathroom and toilet (useful for rushed morning!), and the apartment also has access to a very large garden, which is rare for such a central location in London. 
Landlord is reliable and the flat was renovated less than 4 months ago. 
The flat is to share with the live-in landlord, a 30-year-old professional. Hoping to live with an easy-going, sociable, and mindful housemate - male preferred. No wild parties but friends round for dinner parties quite often.
The rent is £1050 pcm.
