I have a lovely, bright double bedroom. available to rent in my flat. The room is furnished with a bed (no bedding is provided), chest of drawer, fitted wardrobe, bedside table & chair.

You would be sharing with just one other, me.

I would love someone who's a quiet and respectful person; this isn't a lively house share where you will be having parties or lots of people over all the time. Ideally, someone who understands the need for space but also who would like to have a catch up about their day over a glass of wine from time to time.

A bit about me - I am in my 40's and In my spare time, I am usually either at a Yoga class, visiting friends, or watching a box set. I have a busy job so usually spend weekday evenings relaxing at home.

Students or professionals welcome but employer/college and a previous Landlord reference will be required.

I'm happy to take short term lets as well as longer and would also look at Mon- Fri only.

The location is excellent being just a minute walk from the river, 10 mins from Battersea Park, 15 min walk to Clapham Junction and excellent bus links to close by to Central London, Chelsea, Fulham, and Wandsworth. t is a safe, pretty and quiet area with a gorgeous little area of cafes, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep in Battersea Square

**There is also some additional space in another room that can be used as a home office, for people who would need to work from home. - if this is of interest there would be additional fees**

Lastly, I have a cat so you will need to be a cat lover.
