After 3.5 years I am sadly leaving this wonderful flat and lovely flat mate and I am therfore looking for a professional female to move in in mid April.

You will be sharing the flat with an absolutely lovely, easy to get along with, professional female in her mid thirties, who is currently working from home. The landlords are really lovely and are living in another flat in the building.

The flat is stylishly presented with a modern open planned kitchen and living room. The flat is split level and has two double bedrooms on the first floor, a spacious bright reception, large double glazed windows, wooden shutters, sofa, coffee table, dining table & chairs.

The kitchen area has a modern white gloss integrated kitchen, stainless steel sink, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a modern tiled bathroom with white suite bath + shower and under floor heating. Your bedroom has a double bed, desk+chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a French balcony and a lovely view, away from the road. All the windows are double glazed and the flat is centrally heated and well insulated. This apartment will be newly decorated.

The flat is located between Earlsfield station (7min walk) and Southside shopping centre (10 kinute walk) and close to Southside shopping centre. Leisure centre, Local parks with tennis, gyms, bowling and sports fields.

All bills are £90 pr. month
