I am a photographer and spend a lot of time away and Heather works evenings.
This flat share would suit someone who is friendly, tidy and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and good conversation. Ideally, someone who doesn't work from home. Similar interests would be a bonus :)
It is a 12 month rental contract plus 1 month deposit.
Bills are not included but work out to be very reasonable at approx £100+ per month
