The flat is in a very central location, with just 10 minutes walk to the Big Ben and 5 minutes to Waterloo station. The large living room and kitchen are great for relaxing, and the housemates are very friendly. There are two flatmates who are young professionals working in finance and IT, and who always up for a chat or drink.
Because of corona, the rent is an amazingly cheap £670 per month until the 31st of October. Thereafter, the contract will be renewed, and if you decide to stay, the rent will be £870 per month, which is still great value!
