We are looking for a flatmate to share an 80 sq. mt (2 bed) apt. in London (zone 1, Westminster). Minimum 1 year rent (renewable), preferably from August '26 to August '27. The building is brand new (Carrick Yard) and is located at an 8-minute walk from Marylebone and Edgware road tube stations and Paddington station. 15 minutes from Regent Park and 10 minutes from Little Venice! The neighbourhood is residential but has all the facilities a couple of minutes away.

Bedroom n2, together with its private bathroom (bathroom n2, just outside the room), will be assigned to the flatmate. Bedroom 1, with an ensuite bathroom, is where we will sleep (see videos and photos).

The apartment is composed of (see floor map) entrance, wide laundry closet, living room with double sofa bed (that both tenants can occasionally use for guests/family), a beautiful wide balcony (6 sq mt) with space for dining, an open, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. All windows and the balcony overlook the quiet Luton Street, surrounded by green gardens and red brick houses. The apartment has independent floor heating, AC, high quality appliances such as wine cellar, double oven, induction cooking hob, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washer dryer.

The condo offers free concierge daytime service, security surveillance during the night. You will have access to all common areas: reception hall, internal garden, bicycle store room, parcel room, workspace, meeting room (upon reservation). The apartment has a dedicated space in the condo underground garage that can be rented separately. Utility bills will be split equally among the 2 tenants.
