Room in a Shared Flat, Finborough Road, SW17

I have just had my two bedroom ground floor flat in Tooting renovated and extended, and am looking for a weekday flatmate or a short term let. Price listed is for Monday to Friday - full time would be £750 per month. 

The flat has a large garden, two spacious double bedrooms and a large open plan living kitchen dining area with high ceilings and roof lights. There is also a brand new shower room and all basic amenities (fast broadband, sky tv, Amazon prime, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine) as well as being fully furnished throughout.

Tooting rail station is literally a 1 minute walk away (but the flat is not next to the railway line so no noise from that) which has the Thameslink which goes into central London to Blackfriars, Kings Cross/St Pancras. Tooting Broadway tube station is about a ten minute walk away or few minutes on the bus and this is on the northern line also going straight into central London. There is a Tesco a few minutes walk away, as well as a Lidl right around the corner. There are good pubs and restaurants nearby too, as well as the hustle and bustle of Tooting Broadway market.

It’s a great place to live and I’d love to find someone who is very chilled who can also enjoy the flat. I do have a small female whippet so if you don’t like dogs this is not the home for you! She is now 2 years old so is completely house trained and very well behaved. She is very lazy and sleeps a lot but equally she is very friendly and will always say hello. About myself - I am a 31 year old professional and have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for around 10 years. I work hard in the week and so like to chill, eat good food and relax in the evenings. I’m sociable and am always happy to chat, but also happy to leave you to it and do my own thing :)
