The 2 bedroom flat it's in a quiet location within walking distance to Wood Street overground station (5 min) and Walthamstow Central station (12 min). It's also a quick stroll to the lovely Walthamstow Village (10 min) where you can find a great variety of cafes and restaurants and to a few excellent microbreweries (such as Pillars and Wild Card).

If you fancy doing a lot of shopping, Walthamstow's shopping center is only a 15min walk. There you can find an array of different clothing shops plus a big Asda's, Sainsbury's and Lidl.

There are also plenty of buses too including several night buses from central.

You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with Damian, a professional guy in his early forties that enjoys sports (in particular tennis and windsurf) and cooking.
