The only requirement to a new flatmate - I need to return to a clean and not noisy flat when I am back from my trips. So, if you are OK to take your party to the bars / pubs and restaurants (which there are plenty of around Edith Grove) and OK to put your plates into a dishwasher - we will get along very well!
Sharing a flat for me is an opportunity to meet new interesting people, who I would have never met otherwise! Hopefully make new friends, while living our very busy lives 😉
