A nice room in a quiet 2 bedroom apartment located to the rear of a shop on Edgware Road.

You will have access to the room with double bed and access to your own private bathroom (not-ensuite) which has its own key, situated just right next to the room door.

You will be sharing this apartment with just one other male flatmate.

This spacious apartment offers modern kitchen appliances, dining area, sofa bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Fast WIFI, 2 double bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Each flatmate has their own bathroom for their exclusive use.

The multi-purpose kitchen/diner/living area is ideal for socialising - a great place to kick back and make plans, eat or watch the wall-mounted widescreen television after a long day’s work. The comfy corner sofa converts into a double bed, and the dining table seats four, so there’s space to enjoy whatever you’ve prepared in the fully equipped modern kitchen.

Short Lets considered as follows:

Up to 1 month - add £300 to the advertised price. Minimum we charge is 1 month stay. If you want to stay 3 weeks, it will still cost 1 month plus £300 short let fee. Payment in full is required before move-in.

From 1-3 Months - add £200 to the advertised price. Payment in full is required before move-in

From over 3 to less than 6 Months - add £100 to the advertised price.

From 6 months and above - no change to advertised price.

Couples considered for an additional £200 per month.

No more than 2 people in the room.

References required for stays more than 3 months. For stays less than 3 months, full payment will be required for the stay.

DSS not accepted.

Damage Deposit required is 4 weeks and will be registered at the DPS.

To reserve the property you will need to pay 1 week non-refundable holding deposit via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We can also take payments at the viewing if you wish to reserve the property on the spot. Our assistant, Lazar, can take the payment over the phone.
