We're a friendly, creative, clean flat of actors & musicians and are always up for a chat when we bump into each other around the flat.
You might catch Shane in the living room doing a self-tape for one of his acting gigs or find Conor there, taking some product pictures for his clothing brand.
We also play a bit of sport together when the weather's nice and are partial to the odd game of beer pong every once in a while!
We'd prefer someone who would add to the vibe of the house and make it a home, rather than be a ship in the night. If you're a creative then that's a plus too.
The Flat:
We have plenty of space here including a living room, spare room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with gas hob and a large garden. There is also a large attic we use for extra storage, so if you've got a lot of stuff, you may just wanna check it out!
The room comes furnished as is. The area is nice, quiet and safe but also has its fair share of cafes and places to eat and drink. There's also a PureGym just up the road and some nice open spaces too.
Local Amenities:
Local newsagents 1 minute around the corner, alongside a chemist and various places to eat.
Little Waitrose, Sainsbury's and a large Tesco superstore not far from the tube station.
Handful of pubs in the area and a great little coffee shop just 30 seconds around the corner that does amazing coffee and food.
There's also a PureGym just 5 mins up the road from the flat and some nice parks and open spaces.
