4. BILLS & CLEANING

All bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV license and fibre optic broadband are included in the monthly licence fee. We also have a Netflix subscription for the flat!! There are no hidden costs, the monthly rental figure is all you pay.

The communal areas are also cleaned every two weeks at no extra cost.

There are also 4 major bus routes from Willesden Green: the 6 runs to Aldwych, the 52 to Victoria, the 98 to Russell Square and the 460 to North Finchley.

The flat is located on Dartmouth Road, on the edge of Mapesbury Conservation Area in Willesden Green, with on-street parking available via a residents permit.

Willesden Green High Road is a 5 minute walk from the flat, where you will find a mix of independent coffee shops and restaurants as well as supermarkets and the brand-new library and museum. Kilburn and West Hampstead are located to the east of Willesden Green; Queen’s Park and Kensal Green to the south; and Harlesden to the west.
