Room in a Shared Flat, Daring House, E3

Hi

I’m looking to the main room in my 2-bed flat. It’s located just off Roman Road close tobars, restaurants and less than 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria Park. It’s abouta 10 minute walk from mile end tube station (or shorter if you get on any ofthe buses along Grove Road).

It’s a split level flat and is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a 4level block of flats. 

The downstairs is an open plan kitchen/living room area with alarge balcony to the side of the living room. The upstairs has two bedrooms andtwo bathrooms. 

The room for rent comes furnished and has a king size ottoman bedwith storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The room has an en-suite with shower and toilet.

I have just re-done the whole flat so everything is new and fresh.:)

You would be sharing with Kristie who is 35 and who works infashion. She works normal 9-6 hours and is usually out half the week. Generally she is out socialising in theevenings for half the week and home the other half. 

I would be renting the room for 6 months although there is theopportunity to stay a bit longer as there is flexibility around the moving outdate. Moving in date is from the 21stDecember.
