Room in a Shared Flat, Crouch End, N8

I am looking for a professional flatmate to share my two bedroom Victorian garden flat in Crouch End with my french bulldog

The flat is 5 min walk into the Clock Tower (centre of Crouch End), It has good transport links; 7min walk to Haringey Train station for the City, Crouch Hill onto the Overground and short bus ride to Finsbury Park for the Piccadilly and Victoria Lines.

The room has plenty of storage including a wardrobe, draws, desk, double bed, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and space to store items in the large basement.

The SSW facing Garden has a large pond, patio, BBQ and various seating areas around the Tropical planted garden.

There is a cleaner once a week, WIFI throughout the flat, Apple TV, VirginTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hue lighting and Sonos sound system

The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need, including a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, iron. 

I am currently looking for someone for 6-10 months but this could be extended,  I am hoping to do some building work which would start in June 2020 at the earliest depending on funds and permission etc.

You will be sharing with me the landlord. I am 41 gay professional, a keen cook, into health and fitness, gym, Interior design and gardening.
