Looking for a clean, respectful and professional working flatmate who would make a great addition to arguably one of the best flats in East London. It really is a rare gem. To help us get to know our potential new flatmates, please respond with some information about yourself.

WHAT...

The flat is a massive 4 story, 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom warehouse conversion, which features an industrial design with modern appliances and finishing’s. Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. A very large kitchen and 3rd bedroom are located on the second floor. The top floor is our living room with double terraces and amazing 360-degree views of East London. During the summer, we’ll host BBQ’s and screen outdoor movies. We also love to host dinners, the occasional party and spontaneous get togethers, always with a creative/intellectual community vibe. That being said, during the week we are all hard working and involved in various activities or traveling so the place is fairly quiet and always relaxing. The apartment's charm comes from the common areas so please come by to see if it is for you.

Heart of Shoreditch (near Kingsland Road/Old Street). A 10-15 minute walk to the City and Liverpool Street station, 5 min walk to Box Park & Brick Lane, 5 min walk to Columbia Rd Flower Market, 10 min walk to Spitafield Market, and 15-20 min walk to Broadway Market.

Super close to 4 tube stops (Hoxton (Overground), Old Street (Northern), Shoreditch High Street (Overground), Liverpool Street Station (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Stansted Express)
