I have lived in the flat since it was built (about 8 years ago). It is located in a relatively new building. 

It has two double bedrooms. They are both big and bright. The flat has underfloor heating, and a big balcony that overlooks the communal garden and St. Mary’s church yard. Lovely and quiet green views, the balcony gets the morning / mid afternoon sun. The flat is located on the second floor and due to the L shape building, the flat does not have any neighbours on either side or above as it is the top floor. There are a lot of storage solutions in both bedrooms so you won’t need to add any more storage to the room. 

If you work from home this place is ideal as it is very open, green and peaceful. You won't feel claustrophobic, just the opposite. 

The building also has a communal garden and a bicycle shed.

With regards to the area, there are many amenities within walking distance. Tesco express, Sainsbury’s and a big ASDA. Also is a 5 min walk to Francis Road. Nearby you will find two yoga studios, organic shops, record store and independent cafes. It is also a 10 min walk to the Olympic park and the canals.

Public transport:

- Nearest tube station is a 14 min walk to Leyton Station on the central line or a 5 min bus ride. Nearest bus stop is a 1 min walk from the building.

- 7 min walk to Leyton Midland Road Overground station.

- The flat is also 15 mins bus ride to Westfield shopping centre/ Stratford Station.

- 20 mins bus ride to Walthamstow Central.
