The spacious and bright living room opens up to a terrace which leads to a private garden, with space for a summer BBQ! The large living room table works well for meals and working from home (useful at the moment)!
The flat has two bedrooms - yours would be a double bedroom already with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine etc) and the bathroom is brand new, with a good shower and bath.
Bills are £190 per person (rent + bills = £1075)

I am a friendly and open minded 27yo working in the City. I love music, art and enjoy cooking / relaxing in the evening. I frequently go out on the weekends to spend time with my girlfriend and friends.
I am international and enjoy meeting people from different cultures.
