Hi, we are two female professionals living in a  John’s Wood area and we will soon have a spare room in our flat, available (can be made available earlier if necessary).

We are therefore looking for a friendly and considerate female professional to occupy the third bedroom (last of the attached photos).

We like to keep the flat really clean and quiet, we respect each other’s privacy, while at the same time we are happy to have an occasional chat whenever we see each other (even though our schedules are quite busy!).

Please note that this is a Muslim household, so we don’t keep alcohol or pork in the flat. We are however totally open to non-drinking vegetarians and anyone else who can respect these rules:)

Flat is situated in very nice and quiet area just 2 minutes from Regents Park itself.

Property is within  Johns Wood Station, 15 min walk to Marylebone & Baker Street .

There is also 274 bus towards Camden and Baker Street just 1 min from the flat.

The apartment is very bright and modern, has 3 bedrooms, big lounge room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The property is located in a building with CCTV. 
The ROOM COMES FULLY FURNISHED, including a queen bed, a wardrobe with mirrors, large bookshelf and a small chest of drawers.
