Room in a Shared Flat, Chandler Way, SE15

Hi everyone!

My lovely current flatmate is moving in with her partner so I am looking for someone to move in.

This June will be 2 years that I live here and I absolutely love it! Very nice, calm neighbourhood, comfortable flat with a good landlord.

The flat:
It's on the ground floor, but in a quiet building and area with double glazed windows.
The flat came unfurnished before my current flatmate moved in.
It has two bedrooms, one the master with ensuite bathroom (yours) and a smaller one (mine) and I am using the external bathroom. There is a corridor where we store shoes etc and an open kitchen/living room area that gets separated with a door from the rest of the flat.
There is also a locked bike shed on the back of the building for our use.

Your room:

Is the largest one and in the corner of the building, so super quiet. Has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Most stuff you will have to acquire (as I did too). I believe the bathroom's shelf unit, the open wardrobe and black out curtains will be left behind.

The bills:
Internet currently is £22 a month
Council Tax is Band C Southwark: £1417.37 a year
Gas and electric we top up as we go. Before the new rates it was: elec: about £30 a month and gas £15-25 depending on winter/summer.
Water about £150 every 6 months.

Depending on what my flatmate leaves behind, we may need to acquire 1-2 things together.

Me:
I am 33, I have a part time corporate job and I also freelance in the film industry. I am into personal development, investing and I work quite a lot.

I am looking for a positive, like minded individual, ideally a woman, who will be respectful of other people's privacy, clean and on top of the bills. I like to share stuff and meals sometimes, socializing and having a nice chit chat in the end of a day :)
