Shad Thames boasts a strip of Conran Restaurants along the river with regular events taking place on More London Estate. Bermondsey station is a 4-minute walk making it very quick and easy to get to Canary Wharf. You can also walk along the river and be at Moorgate or Liverpool Street in just 20 - 30 minutes.
