Transport links is in abundance. Plenty of buses stop right in front of the flat taking you to Central London.
Kensal Rise Station (overground) to Hampstead, Kensal Green Station (Bakerloo and overground) to Oxford Street, Waterloo and Euston are both 10 minutes walk away.
