Bright Single Room in quiet household.

The room has furniture (bed, wardrobe, bookcase), is clean and well looked after. In the kitchen, there is a cupboard, a fridge and a microwave for own use. Shared areas are bathroom, kitchen/dining room and garden. The bills are included (within reason) and there is fast wi-fi freely available.

The property is in Catford, near transports(trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street,Blackfriars, Lewisham, Greenwich), overground and DLR; the buses are too many to mention.

Other nearby facilities: supermarkets, local shops and high street shops, market, libraries, leisure centres, swimming pool,theatre, cafes, etc. Now that these are slowly re-opening…

I live here with my daughter and a cat. We are at school/work during the day, so when we get home we like to have a peaceful environment to come back to, although we are sociable enough to occasionally chat over coffee/wine.

It is very important that the person who lives with us shares a concern for the environment and follows basic rules about recycling and not wasting resources. We are vegetarian, so we would prefer someone who does not bring home meat/fish.
