Room in a Shared Flat, Carnac Street, SE27

My current housemate and friend is unfortunately leaving the Uk. I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and friendly housemate to share my flat.

Here’s a bit about the place:
Location:
10-15 mins walk to all the below stations
West Dulwich
West Norwood
Gipsy Hill

2 mins walk from a bus station with bus 3 going to Brixton every few mins (nearest underground station) 15 - 20 mins drive depending on the traffic.

10 mins walk to various shops.

Several parks are also walking distance away. It's a nice green neighborhood mostly residential.
I feel safe walking at night returning home from an outing.

About the Flat:
We will be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen:
Big fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Living room:
Lots of natural light.
We have a sofa, TV and dining table. If you have furniture that suits the flat we can discuss to bring them over.
We also have a storage room under the stairs.

Available Bedroom:
The double bedroom is unfurnished, with an integrated wardrobe.
You can also use the wardrobe right outside the room for extra space.

About Me:
I’m a 33y professional who enjoys a balance of socializing and quiet time. I am working both from home and the office and I would prefer to find someone who will not be solely working from home.
I value a respectful, clean, and drama-free living environment and would love to find a like-minded housemate around the same age (25-40years old).
