North facing and equipped with blackout blinds for weekend lie-ins, with the window overlooking the downstairs flat’s garden-so nice and peaceful. Furniture includes built in wardrobes, bureau/chest of drawers, large pine chest and king-size bed with enough space beneath for occasional storage.

New bathroom, with shower over a nice wide bath-great for a long soak, refitted kitchen with washing machine and separate drier, plus the all important dishwasher. There’s also a 3rd bedroom which is being used as an office space during these WFH times.

Situated between Peckham Rye and Nunhead stations, both about a 12 mins walk away, the flat is pretty connected to most areas of town. Parking is free outside on the street and there is also a free spot in a bike hanger right outside the front door, which has been reserved and the key to handover.

Right around the corner from the Rye and 5 mins walk from both Rye Green and Nunhead Village, which are both home to a number of independent pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Locals include The Old Nun’s Head, Pedler, Babette, Bar Vermut, Mr Bao, Batch Bar, Funkidori, Voodoo Ray, Frank’s in the summer - the list goes on.... it’s a great area!!

All bills included with a cleaner once a fortnight.

This is a cat household, so if you’re allergic, we recommend elsewhere as he is particularly friendly. This said, no extra animals please.

Current 2nd tenant is female, mid 20s, working in Tech. Bubu the cat is nearly eight and is a gentleman of leisure.
