You would be sharing with Andreea, who often works in the evening. She has  no preference as to the nationality, gender or sexuality of their new flatmate, as long as they are reasonably quiet and help keep the place clean This is a semi-smoking flat, which means no smoking in the flat itself, but smoking is ok on the balcony until 10.30 at night.

The flat is only about a minute’s walk away from a late opening Tescos. It’s also conveniently located close to many bus routes,or a ten minute walk to Streatham Hill train station. Even better,it's just a short bus ride to Brixton - an area renowned for its energy and diversity, shopping and markets, bars and myriad of restaurants.

All the major bills – electricity, gas , Council Tax, water charges and fast internet - are included in the rent. I own the property, so there are no agents involved and no hidden extra  fees. However in order to pass this tenant referencing process, you will need to be in a salaried job with payslips, and able to demonstrate a decent salary (or have your rent guaranteed by a parent etc)
