- there will be only one living in the apartment apart from the new tenant(s). Couples are more than welcome. Existing tenant is quiet, clean, does not smoke. They are out the most of the day, whether working, meeting up with friends and going out, or doing the gym. 
Existing tenant works for BT, therefore WiFi and TV channels are free in the apartment. - the apartment is very spacious, overlooking on the sunny part of the building, with lots of spaces in the kitchen, 2 storage rooms, big living room and bedrooms.
-The size of the room is 150inch by 210inches. Room has a king size bed with large double wardrobe and a chest of drawers & bedside cabinet.
- the location is perfect: around 10 mins by bus from the Oval station, or 20 mins by bus to the city centre. There is a transport almost to every part of the central London (City, London Bridge, Holborn, Oxford Circus, Victoria, Waterloo, etc) right next to the house.
- Tesco is on the ground floor, which is very convenient.)
- Pure gym is across the road, less than 2 mins walk.
- the apartment is fully equipped (the dishwasher, new washing machine, fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, etc).

Overall, the area is very nice and quiet. There are lots of places to eat out. If you prefer central London, 24 hours buses are available as mentioned.
