Cabanel Place is a pretty cool spot to live - it used to be a school back in the day. It's a quiet gated community, tucked away from busy roads, but a 5 minute walk to the river. It's equidistant from Kennington and Lambeth North tube stations. We have loads of bike lock space too.
The apartment is bright & airy and the room would suit a laid back, clean and considerate person or couple.
The rent is the same we were charging our previous housemate - all bills are included, as is cost of cleaner, and you can use our laundry stuff etc.
Smoking and drugs are a no. Viewings in the evening or weekend.
