The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and other essentials. This bedroom has terrace access. (However, only reachable through the bedroom window and bathroom window).

The apartment’s location is unbeatable. Just steps away from Mayfair, Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden tube stations. There are plenty of cozy coffee shops and stores right outside the door. The flat itself is on the more quiet side of Soho.

About me:
My flatmate and close friend of many years recently moved in with his girlfriend, so I’m now looking for a new young professional to move in. Initially, I’d prefer a short-term lease of 2-3 months. If things go well, I’d be happy to extend the arrangement.

The flat is fully furnished and comes with everything you need to feel right at home. We also have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks, though I’m flexible on the frequency depending on our needs.

The most important thing for me is that the person who moves in is tidy and respectful of the space. I would appreciate a tenant who values cleanliness and takes care of the flat. Other than that, I’m quite easygoing.
