The room is a good size, at the back of the flat so very quiet. It is also the warmest. 
The rent is £675 per month and the bills are approx. £50/60 per month if in 4 people. No couples please.
A weekly cleaner is included in the price.

There are no agency fees and a 12 months contract with 6 months breaking close. It’s a 5 weeks rent deposit. The deposit will be put onto a deposit scheme. 
You will be sharing the flat with Jan (a graphic designer), Hayley (a scientist) and Myles (community engagement). They are all very sociable and like to share a glass of wine in front of the tv or in the pub. They also appreciate their own space and peace and quiet. Happy to share with like minded people. Gender and orientation are all welcome. 
It’s a fantastic location, close to everything but in a quiet environment with a great neighbourhood, truly the best of both worlds.
This neighbourhood (Bellenden Village) has become very popular in the last few years, new bars, restaurants, and cafes are abundant in both Peckham & East Dulwich. There is a vibrant arts scene in the area and rooftop cinemas (Bussey Building) and a gallery/Bar on a top of a carpark (Franks Café) also various events happening locally. Lordship Lane is about 5 minutes away….
