We prepared our home for you. It is tranquil, cosy and ready to give you a COMFORTABLE HOME.
The space
A beautiful built flat in typical English brick, with three bedrooms (one is ours and the other is for you, and the third used for occasional friends)
The kitchen is the hub of the home - It has a lot of light, very calm and in a friendly neighborhood.The flat is decorated warmly and functionally with particular attention to your room, the guest room, to allow you to feel unique and comfortable.
Access
Our lodgers can access the kitchen, two bathrooms. We have a washing machine that is free to be used by lodgers.
Other things to note
My husband and I are the only inhabitants of our place. The rent includes ALL bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council tax, broadband, TV license), however the room is for SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY - Professionals
Sleeping arrangements
We live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that has all that you may need at walking distance: public transportation, street market, shopping centre, Lidl, Costa Coffee, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Odeon Cinema, only to name a few.
Lovely Streatham High Road is within walking distance.
You must also acknowledge
Must climb stairs — The flat is on the second floor with four flights of stairs (7 steps each). The stairs have windows and are considered wide (see pictures). A lift is available
Additional rules
No shoes in the house. - Only lodgers are allowed on the property (liability and insurance policies) - We kindly ask you not to bang doors and be extra quiet from 10 pm to 8 am. We will do the same :) - If you spill water on the bathroom floor either clean it or ask for help.
