Sadly, my current flat mate decided to move closer to work and therefore I am looking for a new and lovely flat mate.
THE FLAT: The property is very quiet, yet in a very central area only a few minutes’ walk from Waterloo and Lambeth North Station. There are plenty of supermarkets, little shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The flat is on the ground floor and you would occupy the biggest room which has a balcony overlooking a private residential garden. We don’t have a living room but there is a spare room with plenty of storage space.
THE ROOM: The room is massive and comes furnished with bed, 1 year old mattress, desk, chest of drawers and shelves.
ABOUT ME: I am fun, easy going and I like to come home and have a little chat and maybe dinner together. I like to watch football and rugby and go out to the local pubs and you are more than welcome to join me.
COSTS:
Monthly rent: £800 (paid on the 15th)
Bills NOT included:
• Water: £22 per person / month
• High speed internet from Virgin: £18.5 per person
• Council tax: £62 per person / month
• Electricity: topped up on card – depends on consumption
• Gas: topped up on card – depends on consumption
