My awesome flatmate Claire is looking for a couple to take over the master bedroom and master en suite in a highly desirable modern flat (There is currently a long waiting list for whole apartments in the same building).

Located between New Cross station and New Cross Gate station, you're only 15 mins away from London Bridge by overground, and 20 mins from Shoreditch. It's an absolute dream for the commuter that would like to be based in South East London. We're a very short bus journey from Peckham or further East to Greenwich, too.

The flat is a clean and comfortable, fully functioning modern build, only 5 years old. 
We're on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the London skyline from the kitchen/ living room and balcony. Lots of natural light and space, huge windows!

The shared space is furnished, and the kitchen includes a big fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as lots of storage.

The available room, which is the master bedroom, comes with its own main bathroom, including bath and shower, heated towel rail and massive mirror.

Some of the furniture in the pictures is up for grabs too, so we can talk about that! Maybe you need it, maybe you don't!

You would share with one person, Claire! She's Scottish, chilled out, down to earth, respectful and clean. She takes lots of walks and enjoys nature and yoga. She also works in the craft beer industry, which means you would have the place to yourself most evenings. She also loves film, music, art, food & drink.

The neighbours are lovely, there is a welcoming concierge team who respond quickly to your household needs and will collect your parcels for you! They run events largely involving food and booze at the cafe downstairs for tenants.

I can't say enough about this place, and I'm sad to be leaving. Beautiful area, great flat, great flatmate...10/10!
