【About the flat】
This is a lovely 2 bed flat with shared bathroom and kitchen. You are going to take my main bedroom of the house - which is big enough to fit 4 people (please don’t lol) and come with a charming big wood desk!!!
Wooden floor, concrete wall - good soundproof and hygiene in the room.

【About your future flatmate】
He is one professional young doctor - ambitious, energetic and always after efficiency! You would def be cheered up by his joyful personality and his aura when he is around!!
(Also feel free to ask him some daily medical advice :) )

【Accessibility】 - also the reason I’m sad to leave..
- Flawless transportation. Lit 3mins walk from home to Bakerloo, District, Hammersmith, Circle line from Edgware Road, 10mins walk to Paddington station.
- 24 hours gym in 5mins walk. The gym is big and clean and not so many people
- Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi, Waitrose, M&S - all medium to big ones within 3-10mins walk
Can it be more perfect???

- only got kitchen and bathroom for common area, but compensate for a hugeeeeeeee bedroom you are having with lovely view outside and classy English sash window ❤️

【Lastly I wanna say】
The place I generally found are always good and i always keep my room clean by cleaning them with my wet wipes everywhere. It’s so clean that you can sleep on. :D
Really sad to leave but I believe you will cherish and love this property as much as I am. ☺️
