Room 2 will suit a commuter to London or someone who doesn’t want to live in a hotel. The en-suite is fully furnished with a separate entrance to the building. There is no kitchen/washing machine but room has a microwave oven to heat up meals.

Unfortunately, to prevent overcrowding in the house, these rooms will not be suitable for couples or families with children.

The property is located in a quiet area of the purposed development for key-workers (Doctors, nurses, teachers, Police etc) so will suit people who appreciate comfortable, quiet, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and more importantly living with other key-workers. No parking at resident bays but free parking on side streets.

Property is a three bed house with one studio above.
