The flat has a large private balcony, tons of natural light, warm light in the evening, and is fully furnished, including the bedroom for let. The building has a small gym and roof terrace for use by residents. About me: I'm a 31 year old artist/activist and teacher, originally from New Orleans, USA. I'm very clean and love to keep my home warm, comfortable and inviting. This is a shoe-free house. I'm looking for a flatmate who is relaxed, respectful, responsible, wants to share a meal from time to time, and who is happy to contribute to regular cleaning of the flat.

Available from 1 February 2020. I will not be able to show the apartment until after 9 January 2020, but will welcome inquiries before then.
