Room in a Shared Flat, Anthems Way, E20

Hi all,

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hightail Point (Portlands Place, E20) which is a 5 min walk to Stratford International station, Westfield mall and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Village. I am relocating to Dubai in a few months' time for a new job (my start date is early October and I plan to take a break between jobs so looking for someone to take over the tenancy ASAP - I am flexible with start date anytime from now on). I am now helping my flatmate find my replacement.

The room on offer is fully furnished and en-suite. The flat is a corner flat on the 20th floor with lots of light and beautiful views of the city. The building has a gym , free gym classes (one or two everyday), a dining room and cinema room that you can book for events for free!

I am looking for someone to replace me ideally from middle of Aug but open to other move in dates. The lease is a 3 year lease which originally started on the 11th of April 2023. A change of tenancy normally takes around 15 days to process according to the agent. The change of tenancy would need to align with rent date - 11 Aug / 11 Sep / 11 Oct.

About my flatmate (who you would be sharing with):
She is a 30 YO Indian female auditor working with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. She works from home approximately 2 days and goes into the office/client site for 3 days - this is a rough estimate and may change according to her project. She is non vegetarian, non-smoker with no pets.

Working arrangements: There are co-working spaces on the G floor and 10th floor of the building if this is not a suitable arrangement for you.
