If you have a car, we have a car park in the residence.

The area is quiet and friendly, surrounded by green space and less than a minute away the river front (perfect for running and walking along), offering fantastic views of the Canary Wharf skyline. There are a variety of places to eat and drink within close vicinity of the apartment; the riverside historic pub the Mayflower, the Old Salt Quay, Hawker House, Printworks, a selection of cafes and bars, as well as a local farm with a café.

The apartment has fantastic transport connections; ideal for people who work in the city or Canary Wharf. The Hilton ferry service is only a minutes’ walk from the apartment and will get you to Canary Wharf in less than 5 minutes. Canada Water station is just over 7 minutes away by bus or a 20 minute walk (Jubilee Line/Overground). Rotherhithe Station is also just a 15 minute walk away, or a 4-5 minutes bus ride (Overground). Regular 24hr buses run to all the stations mentioned, as well as directly to London Bridge, Waterloo and Victoria Stations (C10, 381, N381).

The current tenants are all working professionals, who like to hang out together in the living room to watch Netflix together, or simply to have a conversation over a glass of wine, or a beer.
