The flat is in Upton Gardens, a new development under Barratt Homes. It is located 5 minutes away from Upton Park (Zone 3, District & Hammersmith Lines). Queen’s Market and other essential shops are also few minutes away (Iceland, Tesco, Superdrug, Boots, Pharmacy). There are also many bus stations near the area that goes to Stratford, Aldgate, Canning Town and Newham General Hospital.

As you can see from the photos, the flat is very new and modern. The double bedroom comes with an ensuite, there’s also a huge wardrobe that can fit a lot of clothes and a chest of drawers in case you need an extra space. My girlfiend and I will be leaving our bedroom and we are looking for new tenant/s who could take over this amazing bedroom. We have a current male flatmate who is 26 years old and professional.
